Our company was founded to provide Exclusive Buyer Representation to clients seeking to purchase investment property, both residential and commercial, and small to medium sized businesses.
While specializing in California properties and businesses, we have the capability and contacts to represent clients in national and international markets.
Philip Brailsford is the Founder and Principal Broker
Mr. Brailsford is a California licensed Broker (BRE # 01855313); a Member of the International Bar Association, Real Estate Section; a Member of the Commercial Brokers Association; an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR); and a designated Distressed Properties Professional (DPP). He is an active Member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Southland (Los Angeles) Regional Assoc. of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors, and numerous national and international business and professional organizations.
He has a JD degree: an MBA in management and finance; and MA and BA degrees in psychology.
In addition to over 30 years experience in local and international real estate and business mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Brailsford also brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital investing, business management, strategic planning and consulting.
He holds dual US and UK citizenship.
Mr. Brailsford is also a knowledgeable horseman with a lifelong involvement in equestrian sports both in England and the US. This has included Hunter/Jumper showing, Polo, and Foxhunting. He was a Founding Member, Director and Officer of the San Diego Polo Club, a Director of the Fairbanks Riding Club, and a former Master of Foxhounds of the Santa Fe West Hills Hunt in southern California.
